HOW TO CHANGE YOUR ENERGY 2021 (The Simple Version)

1. Sit comfortably with both feel flat on the ground.
2. Close your eyes.
3. Begin emptying your thoughts.
4. Take three deep, cleansing breaths.
5. Consciously choose your next thought. And make it a really, really good one.

What Does 2021 Look Like? In a nutshell, 2021 looks better, but challenging. It is a year where we must constantly remind ourselves that the future is not predestined. We really are making it up as we go along. Sure, karma, fate, and the stars have a hand in it. But we do, too. And if we want a better reality, we must be clear about what kind of world we want to live in. Things are shifting. When you are in between like this, it’s hard to tell whether it’s twilight or dawn. The 2020 Saturn/Pluto conjunction brought the coronavirus crashing into a reality that was already unstable and, in many ways, unsustainable. But the planets have changed, and so can we.

Jupiter and Saturn in Aquarius. On Winter Solstice, 2020, Jupiter and Saturn aligned in Aquarius, signaling a wave of change for the better. And this was not your standard issue Jupiter/Saturn conjunction. This particular pairing is rare and unique, and will have far-reaching consequences. The vaccine came out and the US Electoral College cast their votes in tandem with this astrological influence. This is a good sign, but we have a lot of work to do. We can use this vibration to create a better future if we remain awake and continue to choose optimism over pessimism, truth over lies, love over hate, and good over evil. This combination of planets favors innovation, realism, science, technology, equality (for all beings), revolution, evolution, and communication. It represents our ability to bring our dreams and visions into reality. It also represents the concept of freedom coming into alignment with the need for order and structure. There’s no room for doom and gloom here. We can do better that that.

Saturn Square Uranus. 2021 will be a breath of fresh air, but it won’t be a walk in the park. More like a hike up a steep slope. The upcoming Saturn/Uranus squares indicate a year that will see the collapse of structures that are no longer serving their purpose, both personally, and collectively. We will have to find ways to create order out of chaos. We will need to find solutions while faced with restrictions and limitations. And there will be strife, particularly in the United States, as she embarks on her fateful, transformational Pluto Return. PS, we’re just starting the Pluto Return and have 2 more years to go. Better roll up them sleeves! We can do it if we believe we can. It’s time to reject negativity, and embrace the light.

Our challenges will be great, but the “energy stamp” on this new year is one of new hope and progress. There will be new opportunities and improvement. But the collateral damage of 2020 is still rolling. It is essential we remain vigilant and do not slide into apathy or complacency. This is a period of forced change, which is never fun. But if we are willing to be adaptable, we will prevail. Let go of the things that no longer serve you. This includes negative programing and conditioning. Honestly, there was never a time when the power of positive thinking was more needed. Saturn/Uranus challenges like this represent great tension, but can be transformed into an endless supply of creative and spontaneous energy. This can be productive but also controversial. These planets favor those who can be strongly independent, self-aware and progressive. But we must still appreciate the stability that structure and tradition provide us. Let the conflict between independence and responsibility be the catalyst for your creative brilliance. Let’s be amazing.

There’s a New Moon at 23° Capricorn, January 12, 2021 at 9 PM, PST. This is a big deal, as the Sun and Moon line up with powerful, transformational Pluto. Pluto is the planet that most astrologer’s have identified with the pandemic. New Moons represent a cosmic reset button, giving us a clean slate and a chance to begin anew. It’s time to kick this adversity in the butt. This is a new cycle. One imbued with the power to transmute and transfigure. There will likely be important developments related to controlling the virus around this time. With Mercury, Jupiter, and Saturn closely aligned in Aquarius, the potential for breakthroughs and genius is highlighted. Use the profound energy of this lunar cycle to galvanize your will to succeed against all odds. This moon favors magic and intentions geared towards self-determination and mental clarity. Let the energy of the New Moon illuminate your Inner Strength.

There’s a Full Moon at 09° Leo on January 28, 2021 at 11:16 AM, PST. The first Full Moon of 2021 is going to be a real fireball! The Moon in brave-hearted Leo opposes the Sun, Jupiter, and Saturn in revolutionary Aquarius, while squaring off with a volatile conjunction of Mars and Uranus in Taurus. It would take a while to explain the magnitude of that many planets engaging with one another at the same moment. Suffice it to say, it’s really going to be something! FYI, this is not a peaceful vibration. It’s extremely intense and could spark controversy. But it could also serve as rocket fuel to empower your intentions. Resist the temptation to get sucked into the drama. Instead, use this as a power source for your positive ideas and actions. Due to the exaggerated nature of this planetary vibration, there will be some craziness. This combo could trigger earthquakes or extreme weather. Stay grounded, stay calm, and carry on. The wildness of this Full Moon can help you find your inner warrior. Enlist the aid of your Spirit Guides and Allies to increase your awareness and give you protection.

Opportunity Days: January 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 17, 24, and 31
