Rebel Wilson comes out, finds the love of her life

Rebel Wilson has come out during Pride Month as she introduced her “Disney Princess” on her Instagram account, fashion designer Ramona Agruma.

The 42-year old Australian actress posted a picture of herself with Agruma complete with the hashtag #LoveIsLove# and the rainbow emoji to her 11 million followers.

Before Agruma, Wilson had dated Jacob Busch, whose family founded the brewing company Anheuser-Busch. In February 2021, the two broke up after going Instagram officials four months before.

Then in an interview with People magazine last May, she mentioned that she had already found love again.

In her recent Instagram post, Wilson wrote: “I thought I was searching for a Disney Prince… but maybe what I really needed all this time was a Disney Princess.’

Wilson– who was in the movies Pitch Perfect and Bridesmaids, and who recently starred in Senior Year– was reportedly introduced to Agruma through a friend.

In her Instagram biography, Agruma is the founder of Lemon Ve Limon, a Los Angeles-based clothing brand. She’s also the brand ambassador for Bee Goddess jewelry.

Looking for a healthy relationship

Wilson said in her interview with People magazine that what she wanted in a partner changed after a process of finding her own self-worth.

“I think going through the process of finding more self-worth, I think that what you want in a partner is elevated and so it’s great to have someone who feels like an equal partner and be in a healthy relationship,” she said.

She noted, “There were times– I’m not saying with all my exes, they’re great– but there were some times that I was probably putting up with that I shouldn’t have.”

Describing her first steps into her current relationship, she said, “We spoke on the phone for weeks before meeting. And that was a really good way to get to know each other.”

“It was a bit old-school in that sense– very romantic,” she added.

Rebel Wilson gets support from friends, fans

Since posting her message, Wilson has received a lot of declaration of support from fans and fellow celebrities.

Her Pitch Perfect co-star, Anna Kendrick, posted, “Love you both like crazy.” Another co-star, Brittany Snow, also congratulated her.

Jodie Comer of Killing Eve fame, commented, “So much love!” Influencer Montana Rose Brown also said, “Love you so much. Lovely people you are.”

Meanwhile, fans congratulated Wilson by sharing their own coming out stories. One fan said: “I was 36 years young when I came out. Love this and wishing you all the happiness this chapter will bring you!”

On Twitter, one user said, “Finally gay news that is not bad: Rebel Wilson is one of us y’all.”
